Prawn Head Chowder

While chowder is a soup with nice succulent pieces of seafood, I decided to focus on the prawn head. Usually, we use the prawn head for flavouring only. I thought that it would be such a waste to not chew on these yummy blobs of goodness. I was really happy with the result.

Drumstick Soup

While I came across this recipe purely by chance, I must say that I just loved it! Thinking about it all over again, I would love to work on variations of this absolutely delicious soup.
 
I know that drumstick is not considered by many as a classy vegetable to eat (as we have to chew the vegetable pieces and discard the fibre) but it is a very healthy food.

Spicy Tomato Seafood SoupWith lower temperatures and the constant raining, I like sitting with a nice hot of soup. If the soup is spicy and filled with an assortment of seafood (add what you like), the I think it definitely hits the spot.

Tomato Egg Drop Soup

This wholesome and incredibly simple soup is best enjoyed during the monsoons or winters.Tomato Egg Drop Soup with Cheese Straws - 7

Even if you are using a readymade Tomato Soup, just add some vinegar, plop in beaten eggs and voila! You may choose to have it plain, with toasted bread (buttered?), cheese straws; or even wonton crisps! Whatever is your choice of crunch, am sure you will sit with a nice big soup bowl.
