Singapore Noodles: Vegetable

Singapore has a rich food history which is a mix of Chinese, Indian and Malay influences. This is evident by the fact that most Singaporeans take to the outdoors to order from the tens of thousands of food stalls.

The Singapore Noodle can be best summed up as a Chinese (Cantonese mainly) tossed dish with turmeric added. The yellow tinge makes it more eye-appealing to eat.

Macaroni With Chicken Sausage, Peppers & Onions

Macaroni With Chicken Sausage, Peppers & OnionsSausages and macaroni are the two food items that most people like. Combining these with peppers and onions results in a dish that is  tasty and comforting. For me, this is a preparation is nostalgic as it reminded me of my Aunt Agnes Misquitta feeding us with portions of Macaroni & Sausages when she would visit us.

Patatas Brava

When the Spanish visit their bars for some drinks and tapas, Patatas Bravathis is one of the most simplest of tapas that they have. It’s like a take on fries. The Salsa Brava is a spiced tomato sauce which is very versatile.
