Burgers, Sandwiches & Wraps

Often interpreted as fast food these days; burgers, sandwiches and wraps are inventions of an easier way to have a meal. These mini-meals are not necessarily unhealthy, but are harmful if there is a total reliance of meeting ones daily nutritional intake through these only. Very unlike popular fast food, a burger/sandwich/wrap can be very healthy, and are also a way of tidying over hunger between meals.
