Spiced Lobster Vol-Au-Vents

With baby lobsters being available in the fish market, I thought I would make this with vol-au-vents and Hollandaise sauce. Must say that even though the focus was on making vol-au-vents and Spiced Lobster Vol-au-VentsHollandaise, this dish turned out pretty good. The pea pods helped it look visually very appealing.

Even if you are using a readymade Tomato Soup, just add some vinegar, plop in beaten eggs and voila! You may choose to have it plain, with toasted bread (buttered?), cheese straws; or even wonton crisps! Whatever is your choice of crunch, am sure you will sit with a nice big soup bowl.
